Welcome back to another Tern Weekly Product Update. This week, we’re diving into some exciting new features designed to improve collaboration on your trips and contacts!

Streamlining Collaboration in Tern

If you work within an agency, manage a team, or frequently collaborate with assistants and fellow advisors, this update is for you! Our goal is to make collaboration as seamless as possible, and we’re rolling out two major enhancements within Trips to support this:

New Tabs for Trip Collaborators: Documents & Authorizations

Authorizations Tab: Now, as an agency owner or trip collaborator, you can view all authorizations associated with a trip at a glance. This is especially useful for assistants handling bookings or any team members working together on a trip.

Documents Tab: Collaborators now have full view and edit access to trip documents. This means you can add, edit, and manage trip-related documents collaboratively, ensuring everyone has access to the most up-to-date information.

More enhancements are on the way, so stay tuned!

Transferring Contact Ownership

Another highly requested feature, contact ownership transfer, is now live!

You’ll find a new transfer ownership option within the contact collaboration panel.

Once transferred, the original owner remains a collaborator, ensuring smooth handovers.

Both the previous and new contact owners will receive email notifications, keeping everyone in the loop.

This update ensures that contact management is more flexible, allowing for seamless transitions within agencies and teams.

Additional improvements

You can now export contact phone numbers and loyalty programs

"Recall" has been added as an adjustment type for commission tracking & agent payouts
