In this week's product update, we’re excited to introduce another major upgrade to AI Assist, new quality-of-life improvements that streamline how you work, and a quick preview of an exciting feature coming soon!
We’ve significantly improved AI Assist Itinerary Parsing. Now, when you import an itinerary with hotel or flight information, AI Assist doesn’t just dump text into your itinerary — it structures it intelligently:
It also does a much better job preserving your exact content — less summarizing, embellishing, or rewording. As with anything AI-related, please carefully review before sharing with travelers, and send us feedback if things aren’t working as you expect!
Searching for cruise ships just got simpler. You can now search by ship name directly from the search bar — no more digging through filters. This seemingly small update already has users raving about saved clicks and faster workflows.
If you’re emailing clients and only have their email address handy, Tern now lets you search by email address directly instead of just by ‘name’ — a big help for group trips or when you only have that info handy.
You’ve told us: sometimes you just need to send a quote or get a payment — without building out an entire itinerary first.
