    For our US team, Tern offers medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI, covering up to 100% of the employee premium for Simply Blue PPO Platinum $250 plan, and up to 75% for dependents.

  • Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

    Dental and vision coverage is offered through Guardian, with Tern covering 99% of the employee premium and 75% for dependents. Tern provides basic life insurance through Principal, covering 100% of the premium.
