Welcome back to the Tern Weekly Product Update! We’re thrilled to share exciting updates, including option block selection and streamlined total pricing for room options.

1. Option Block Selection

As a quick follow up to our Groups launch, clients can now select from a set of options you have presented them with before choosing room options. This new functionality streamlines the sign up process for group trips, reducing back-and-forth communication.

2. Total and Per Night Pricing Options

We heard your feedback: pricing cruise options per night just doesn’t make sense! We’re excited to share that you can now toggle between total and per night pricing rates, in combination with flat-rate, per room, and per person pricing options.

Total per room pricing will eliminate a lot of workarounds and ensure that advisors can manage cruise pricing with ease.

3. Bug Fixes and Quality of Life Improvements

• Contact Download: Tern now allows advisors to download contact information directly from the dashboard. What you can export: First and last names, preferred names, email addresses, birthdays, and more. This feature is great for those of you who are using external marketing tools for client outreach.
• Extended Trip Dates for Flights: Adding flights that extend beyond the trip's initial end date? No problem. With our new feature, Tern will automatically adjust the trip dates to accommodate these changes, ensuring seamless itinerary management.
• Expanded Currency Support: Advisors can now price activities in Egyptian Pounds and Saudi Riyals.
