With new inventory management for group trips, immediate automation triggers, and usability enhancements, you can now manage your business with even more precision and efficiency.
Inventory Management for Group Trips
Managing room inventory for group trips is here! You can now:
Set inventory limits for room options within your group trips.
Track inventory across multiple sub-trips in real time.
Prevent overbooking and adjust availability as needed.
We’ve also made improvements to boost efficiency and user experience:
Improved Contact Visibility – Contact details are now always visible on the trip overview page.
Expanded Contact Download Fields – Exports now include address details and contact tags for better segmentation in external marketing systems.
Negative Pricing for Activities – Reflect negative amounts directly in the pricing tab.
Package Authorization Without Itinerary Items – Collect pre-trip deposits or fees without adding itinerary activities.
