AI Assist Improvements, Business Credentials & More

This week’s product update brings some exciting upgrades to AI Assist, styling polish for forms, business credentials for your brand profile, and more!

Smarter Imports with AI Assist 

We’ve made a big improvement to the Activity Importer inside AI Assist. Previously, when you pasted activity details (think: activities, flights, transfers), the AI would sometimes summarize instead of capturing everything you needed. That meant special instructions could get left behind.

Now, those details are preserved—and use smarter formatting. Expect cleaner imports, better bulleting, bolded text where it makes sense, and a generally more accurate reflection of your pasted content. As always, AI isn’t perfect—so if you spot anything off, send it our way. This is a big step forward, and your feedback will help us keep improving it.

These changes won’t impact full itinerary imports yet, but more on that coming soon!

Cancel Stalled Imports (Without Needing Support)

Previously if you downloaded a PDF of your itinerary or used AI import and it didn’t work for some reason, you would sometimes see an “infinite loading” message you couldn’t get to go away. And you couldn’t take other actions you needed to import a second time. With this update, you now have the ability to cancel those long-running imports or downloads yourself—no need to ping support.

Polish for Forms

We’ve done our last round of styling updates to forms (for a bit)! You might notice updated spacing, cleaner lines, and a more polished feel overall. One notable change: if your form is just a single page, you won’t see a progress bar anymore (because…well, it’s not needed!). Multi-page forms still show progress as expected.

Better Visibility on Group Sign-Up Forms

For those using inventory management on group forms: advisors can now preview what inventory looks like from the client side

New Business Credential Field

Under Business Settings, we’ve added a new field for your credentials—like a seller of travel number. You can label it however you want, and it will start showing up anywhere your brand profile is surfaced.

Coming soon, that credential will also appear on client invoices
