Contact Collaboration: Empowering Teams to Work Together

Sharing contact information just got a whole lot easier. Whether you’re working closely with other advisors, a virtual assistant, or within an agency, Tern’s new Contact Collaboration feature ensures seamless access to critical client details.

Key Highlights:

  • Automatic Sharing for Agencies: New contacts created within Tern are automatically shared with your agency owners and administrators. Advisors can also bulk-share existing contacts to ensure no critical information is left behind.
  • Flexible Individual Sharing: Not part of an agency? No problem. Advisors can share contacts individually with trusted collaborators.
  • Comprehensive View and Edit Access: Collaborators can view and update most contact details, access contact documents, trips, and emails.

Tern is raising the bar for group travel with customizable landing pages designed to showcase group trips in a visually stunning and interactive way. These pages simplify how advisors present group itineraries and drive client engagement.

  3. Enhanced Design Elements: Multi-day bars and other design tweaks now take up less space and feel more polished, offering a cleaner interface.
  4. Mobile App Upgrades: Nested bullet points are now supported on the mobile app, enhancing note-taking and itinerary structuring on the go.
