This week’s updates focus on simplifying commission management, creating a more intuitive approval experience for clients, and polishing the visual presentation of your itineraries. Each improvement is designed to save you time and ensure your clients have a seamless trip-planning journey.

Commission Types

With the introduction of agency-level commission types, you can now tailor commission tracking and payouts to match your agency’s structure. Here’s what’s new:

  • Create Custom Commission Types: Define adjustments to the standard agent split—positive, negative, or flat rates.
  • Customize Visibility: Decide if advisors can see and select these types during bookings or keep them admin-only.
  • Flexible Reconciliation: Modify commission types when reconciling payments to ensure every payout is spot on.

Client Approval Flow Improvements

Helping clients approve their trip itineraries just got easier. When a client approves an itinerary, they’ll now be automatically guided through any additional steps like:

  • Choosing Room Preferences
  • Adding Extras
  • Authorizing Payments

This flow keeps everything moving smoothly and helps you get the details you need without the follow-up hassle.

Usability & Experience Enhancements

We’ve made additional refinements based on your feedback to enhance your day-to-day workflow and improve client-facing deliverables:

  • New Document Type - Tickets & Vouchers: A highly requested addition to help you better organize key travel documents.
  • Updated Image Gallery & Carousel: The activity image gallery now matches the polished look of group trip landing pages, ensuring a consistent, sleek visual experience across itineraries.
  • Credit Card Authorization Flow Fix: Clients will now have their card auto-selected after entering their CVV, reducing confusion and preventing submission errors.
  • Optional Middle Name Field: You can now capture middle names in traveler contact details, helping ensure booking accuracy for flights and other reservations.
