Commission Rules

Commission management just got a lot more flexible, helping you keep your records accurate, reward top-performing agents, and ensure payout clarity. You can now:

  • Set Agent-Specific Commission Rates: Assign default commission splits to each agent when they join your team, ensuring consistency across your agency.
  • Track Commission Changes Over Time: Configure future commission rate changes based on booking dates - perfect for milestone-based or year-over-year adjustments.
  • Empower Agents with Custom Splits: Agents can override the default split on individual bookings when needed, keeping you informed of any exceptions and maintaining transparency.

Optional Dates & Times for Itineraries (Launching Soon!)

A top-requested feature is almost here, designed to give you more flexibility and reduce client confusion. Soon, you’ll be able to:

  • Remove dates and times from activities that don’t require them, resulting in cleaner, clearer itineraries.
  • Avoid the confusing “12 AM UTC” default time, eliminating unnecessary confusion for your clients.
  • Better represent flexible plans like free days or general exploration, improving your clients' understanding of their schedule.

  • PDF Formatting Fixes: PDFs now retain your custom spacing and formatting, ensuring your itineraries look as polished on paper as they do on screen, leaving a lasting impression on clients.
