How it works
Tern already has everything you need to quote insurance: trip dates, destinations, traveler details, total trip cost. The new insurance integration uses that data automatically.
Click the Insurance tab on any trip. Tern pulls your itinerary details, traveler information from your CRM, and pricing from your bookings. You get real-time quotes from Arch RoamRight instantly, with no forms to fill out and no data to re-enter.
When your client is ready to purchase, they select their coverage right in the Tern mobile app alongside their credit card authorization. Tern processes the payment, books the policy under your credentials, and stores the confirmation documents on the trip. You never leave the system.
Same price, same commissions, less work
The pricing you see in Tern is identical to what you'd get on the Arch portal directly. There's no markup and no hidden fees.
Tern isn't in the flow of commissions. Your insurance sales pay out through your normal agency or host relationship with Arch, exactly as they would if you booked directly. We built it this way because we believe technology should support your business model, not compete with it.
4% bonus commission through April 30
Arch is offering an additional 4% commission on policies booked through the Tern integration from February 1 through April 30. This bonus is paid on top of your standard commission and goes through your existing payout channels.

Setting it up takes two minutes
Go to Settings in Tern, click the new Integrations tab, and select Arch RoamRight. Enter your agency code and agent ID from your Arch partner portal. That's it.
Once connected, the Insurance tab appears on every trip. Quotes generate automatically based on your trip data. Your clients see coverage options in the mobile app, choose their plan, and authorize payment in the same flow they use for trip deposits.
