Welcome back, Tern community! This week I'm thrilled to announce two of our most highly requested features: e-signatures on forms and phone number collection during credit card authorization.
We now support e-signatures on any form type! You’ll also receive a PDF attachment on the email you receive alerting you of new form responses, so you can save a receipt for your records. PDF downloads are also available for all form responses in the product - even historical responses before we introduced this change!
We’ve also added a feature to collect phone numbers during credit card authorization. This helps ensure you have the correct information to enter while booking, without needing to cross-reference the traveler’s profile.
In the meantime, our team has been hard at work on Flight Status Updates! We know this is a critical feature many of you miss from other platforms, and we’ve spent the past few weeks building it for you. We plan to share more in the webinar next week (on August 7th).
