Welcome back, Tern community! Excited to share all the latest updates from the past week 🙂
If you haven’t already read my last blog post introducing library sharing & communities on Tern, I’d highly recommend doing that first!
We’ve introduced itinerary template sharing - allowing you to share itineraries with specific advisors, your agency, your communities, or the entire Tern community. You can also share itineraries via a link, making it easy to distribute your templates.
Forms can now be shared using the same mechanisms as itineraries!
Email template sharing is almost ready! This feature will allow you to share email templates with the same flexibility as itinerary and form sharing. You can expect this to go live very soon.

We've cleaned up our supplier database, consolidating entries and fixing typos. This means you’ll find it easier to select the correct supplier without wading through duplicates or incorrect entries. If you notice any issues, please report them to our support team for quick resolution.
Longer-term we're planning further improvements to supplier management, including giving you more control over your supplier list and the ability to store specific data for each supplier. This will enhance your ability to manage supplier relationships and streamline your workflow.
We’re excited to be nearing the finish line with our collaboration library sharing items. Task template, automation template, and workflow sharing will all be available soon. Stay tuned for more updates on these features in the coming week!
